Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Full-Time Location: North Jacksonville, FL Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing warehouse operation in North Jacksonville. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and order status updates
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Make outbound calls for customer follow-up and sales support
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates
• Process customer orders and ensure data accuracy
• Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience working in a call center, warehouse, or sales support environment
• Familiarity with order processing systems or CRM software
