Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Profession: Social Services Specialty: LCSW Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: LCSW Certifications: Required certifications include LCSW Must-Have: Pediatric experience, outpatient clinic experience, case management experience Description: This position involves working in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting. The primary focus will be on conducting biopsychosocial assessments. Care coordination and case management are central to the role. Experience with drug and alcohol use and treatment options is necessary. Knowledge of the NASW Code of Ethics and Standards is required. Participation in care conference activities is expected. Candidates should be well-versed in developing plans of care. Experience dealing with suicidal, homicidal, or self-harming individuals is essential. A second language, preferably Spanish, is preferred. Floating to other facilities may be required. All return staff employment history must be included. References from the most recent employer are needed at the time of submission. Travel pairs are allowed, but generally will not work on the same unit. Candidates must have relevant teaching hospital experience. Modules will vary by unit, specialty, and position. Modules range between 1 hour to 24 hours, with additional time being billable.
