Salesforce Technical Lead

Seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to work remotely, this full-time position will manage the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on enhancing user experience and operational efficiency through advanced technologies such as AI and automation. Key responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions Optimize integration and performance of Service Cloud Voice and Genesys Cloud for improved contact center experiences Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce capabilities and measurable outcomes Required qualifications: 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem in a technical lead role 5+ years of experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice 2+ years of development experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura Components Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice architecture and telephony integration Experience in SDLC processes and Agile methodology
