Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results. Proactive in problem solving.
