Customer Service Specialist

Youll work closely with our Head of Customer Service, our clients, our inspection team, and our analysts to keep orders moving and make sure questions and issues are handled quickly. On any given day, that might mean responding to a client asking about an order, coordinating an inspection, helping an analyst get the information they need, or making sure a completed report gets where it needs to go.Were looking for someone who is organized, responsive, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, solving problems, and following through without things falling through the cracks.As you learn the role and our business, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and provide backup support for the Head of Customer Service.Eval.com is a fast-growing real estate valuation company serving financial institutions nationwide. We combine experienced valuation professionals with technology to provide lenders with faster, reliable alternatives to traditional appraisals.RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will: Respond to client questions, order status requests, and general support needs Track inspection assignments through completion Help keep orders moving from assignment through final report delivery Work with analysts and other team members to resolve missing information or other order issues Handle routine client issues and escalate more complex questions when needed Keep order and client information accurate and up to date in our systems Assist with report delivery, invoicing, and other customer service tasks Help identify ways to make our processes faster, easier, and more efficient Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Customer Service Take on additional responsibility as you learn the role, including backup coverage for department leadershipWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus Customer service, client support, administrative, or coordination experience preferred Experience in banking, mortgage lending, real estate, or valuation is a plus Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, and AI tools Experience with CRM or customer service software is helpful; experience with Anow is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to stay calm and professional when things get busy Comfortable learning new systems and processes Proactive, dependable, and willing to jump in where neededWHAT WE OFFER Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour Full-time, 40 hours per week Paid time off, sick time, and company holidays Healthcare benefits 401(k) Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company Exposure to the real estate, banking, and valuation industries Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt; eligible for overtime Location: Downtown Denver office Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.Learn more about us at Eval.com
