EV Service Advisor: Elevate Customer Experience
Rivian
Rivian is seeking a Service Advisor to elevate the customer experience at our service centers. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate with Operations, Call Center, Retail, and Marketing teams. You will train staff, standardize processes, and manage escalations to ensure quality service.
