Our agency opened in 2022 and has experienced tremendous growth every year — and we’re just getting started. I’ve been with State Farm since 2015 and have spent the past decade building a career centered around helping people protect what matters most. Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, I’m passionate about serving our community and creating opportunities for others to grow personally and professionally.

Our team is currently small but mighty, with two full-time members and one part-time intern, and we’re looking to expand. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Michael Theisen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
