Sr Operations ManagerLocation: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MDClearance Required: Secret Clearance**This position is contingent upon contract award**Job Description and Responsibilities:Experience providing management of reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning for the product office.Ability to provide recommendations on how to improve quality, productivity and efficiency in support of the product office's mission.Experience providing on-site program management support for the prime contractor.Qualifications:A minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Program Manager is requiredBachelor's Degree in BusinessSubstitutions: Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degreeAbout Semper Valens Solutions:Semper Valens Solutions, Inc.
