Managing a portfolio of enterprise health system clients, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Customer Success will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring successful implementation and long-term value of AI-powered clinical documentation solutions while collaborating with executive and operational leaders. Key responsibilities Manage client relationships and ensure long-term success and satisfaction with the SmarterNotes platform Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align product performance with client goals Drive product adoption and monitor client health, delivering reports that demonstrate utilization trends and financial impact Required qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, client success, or healthcare technology Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, or related fields Demonstrated success managing executive relationships within complex health systems Experience leading implementation and optimization of healthcare technology solutions Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows
