Oracle Payroll and Absence Management Specialist - Remote/TemporaryRQ Construction is a full-service design-build firm specializing in federal and Department of Defense construction. We operate as One Team, and our Payroll function supports the workforce delivering critical infrastructure for our military customers.Position OverviewRQ Construction is seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll and Absence Management professional for a temporary, part-time engagement within our Payroll Department. The Specialist will serve as the internal technical authority for Oracle Cloud Payroll and Absence Management, with responsibility for configuration, testing, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
