Floating Caregiver Position

We are looking for dependable, caring, and dedicated caregivers to join our team in a Floating Caregiver position . This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and comfortable providing quality care to different clients based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Remind clients to take medications as permitted by state regulations
Accompany clients to appointments and errands
Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Be available to cover open shifts and support different clients as needed
Adapt quickly to different client routines, care plans, and environments

Qualifications

Compassionate, reliable, flexible, and patient
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with different clients and schedules
Ability to pass required background checks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Previous caregiving experience is a plus
