- Tender and monitor orders, ensuring on-time execution.
- Manage LTL shipments: secure carriers, provide quotes, and prepare documentation.
- Track live orders, update customers/carriers, and resolve discrepancies.
- Escalate freight issues to secure carriers and meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure billing/payment accuracy in coordination with accounting.
- Process operational reports, resolve outdated quotes, and address aging records.
- Collaborate with sales agents to finalize and follow up on orders.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and re-engage inactive accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Log sales activities and client communications in Salesforce.
- Provide tailored solutions to customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to stay ahead of the market.
- Support team goals by developing proposals, collaborating on initiatives, and closing deals.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly to maintain excellent service standards.
- 2+ years in transportation, sales, or account management (LTL experience preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
