Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our senior living community. This position is based onsite and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the well-being of our residents.

• Evaluate residents' functional capabilities and needs.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address individual goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote independence and safety.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.
• Provide education and guidance to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of residents' progress in line with clinical standards.

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience in geriatric care or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
