As a Caregiver with Flawless Family Home Care, you will have the opportunity to build a relationship with your client and provide attentive, one-on-one care based on their individual needs.Responsibilities:Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneAssist with toileting and incontinence careHelp with mobility and transfer assistancePrepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundryRemind clients of medication schedulesProvide companionship and safety supervisionObserve and report changes in the client's conditionComplete accurate visit documentation through our mobile care appRequirements:At least 1 year of previous caregiving experienceComfortable providing hands-on personal careDependable and able to consistently work Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM-3:30 PMReliable transportationValid driver's license and current auto insuranceProfessional and respectful when working in a client's homeComfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, clocking in and out, and visit documentationAble to complete required background screening, training, and onboarding requirementsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experience ($17.00-$18.00 per hour)Consistent client assignmentsOne-on-one client carePaid training and ongoing educationSupport from our office and care management teamOpportunities for additional hours and client assignmentsOpportunities for performance-based pay increases and advancementIf you are an experienced caregiver looking for consistent weekday hours and meaningful one-on-one work, we encourage you to apply.
