Cert Surgical Technologist II - South
Hendrick Medical Center
Job Title
Facilitate the operative or other invasive procedure by preparing and providing the required sterile instruments; supplies and equipment and maintains the sterile field while anticipating and responding to the needs of the surgical team.
CSTs have a professional obligation to participate in committee activities; surveys; improvement initiatives; and continued education.
Job Requirements
Completion of approved Surgical Technology Program
No Previous Experience
CPR-BCLS
Must maintain a valid surgical technologist certification.
Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities
Deals effectively with hospital personnel
Advocate of quality and cost effective care
Maintains professional appearance at all times.
Ability to handle confidential information.
