Look no further – VNS Health Personal Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Home Health Aides like you Provide personal care and support, including ambulation, transfers, ostomy care, and assistance with medical equipment and self-administered medication. Monitor vital signs, observe and report client conditions, and adhere to infection control practices. Assist with personal hygiene, nutrition, fluid intake, and light housekeeping. Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department approved HHA Training Program or Equivalency. Writing and math skill level to the extent necessary for the successful and safe performance of required job functions.
