Health System Specialist
US Department of War
Job Duties
Conduct in-depth program analysis of substantial scale and impact concerning all aspects to ensure compliance with established practices.
Optimize Healthcare System programs by identifying, analyzing, and documenting issues, patterns, and trends affecting clinic operations.
Advise organizational policy makers on the relevant technical and regulatory issues related to the Healthcare System.
Extract programmatic data using management information systems to advise leadership on fiscal and strategic planning.
Forecast operational trends to develop alternative courses of action for strategic planning.
Implement program adjustments to mitigate operational shortages and improve clinical efficiency.
Direct access to care and referral management programs to optimize organizational resource allocation.
Manages appointment scheduling and clinical capacity to meet patient demand and minimize network deferrals.
Evaluate clinical activity reports to improve medical product line performance.
Advise leadership on healthcare delivery systems to support strategic command missions.
Manage the preparation of the annual budget determining whether requests for funds and expenditures are proper, justified, and timely.
