Operations Manager (Non-Complex)

Position Summary Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs, encouraging and supporting associates and managers to act as positive community members. Establishes and maintains relationships with key community individuals or groups, represents the company to external organizations, and champions company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates accountable, analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance standards, overseeing safety and operational reviews, and developing action plans to correct deficiencies. Provides direction and guidance on executing company programs and strategic initiatives. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, offering recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. Models exceptional customer service by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, supporting customer service initiatives, and ensuring complaints and issues are resolved. Assists the store manager in driving the financial performance of the facility by reviewing PL statements, controlling expenses, and developing plans to improve financial performance. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and promotes continuous learning and adaptability. Responsibilities Lead community outreach and sustainability programs. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety controls. Supervise, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate hourly associates. Model customer service excellence using the OBW model. Assist in financial performance through PL reviews and expense control. Coordinate workforce planning and stakeholder engagement. Foster a culture of belonging, integrity, and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college education; or

1. year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or
2. years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U or Bellevue University. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities.
