We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong electrical, mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing background who enjoys improving processes, supporting production, and solving technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Create and improve work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing procedures

·       Support production by troubleshooting manufacturing and assembly issues

·       Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and specifications

·       Use SolidWorks to review drawings and manufacturing documentation

·       Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow

·       Assist with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

·       Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams

·       Help maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and process records

Requirements:

·       SolidWorks experience required

·       Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

·       Strong mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, or electromechanical aptitude

·       Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation

·       Manufacturing, process improvement, production support, or engineering experience preferred

·       Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus

·       Engineering degree preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant experience

·       Recent graduates with degrees in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields are encouraged to apply

·       Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
