TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Oncology RN in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, 53158!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Hematology Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 3 years of Oncology experience required License: Wisconsin or Compact License (Pending Licenses Accepted) Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Oncology experience Description: The candidate will work in a fast-paced Medical Hematology/Oncology Clinic. The nurse will be responsible for triaging patient phone calls. They will answer My Chart messages and enter physician orders, including labs and diagnostics. The nurse will follow up on treatment plans and genetic testing. They will arrange and coordinate diagnostics for patients. Patient education, including chemotherapy talks, is an essential duty. The nurse will work closely with the Infusion and Clienttion teams to coordinate patient care. They will support the Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The nurse will track INR patients with labs and medications. They will follow up with Iron infusion patients. Oncology experience is needed for this position.
