- Lead and supervise dietary staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Oversee food production and ensure meals meet quality and dietary standards
- Conduct daily kitchen inspections, including sanitation, equipment, and food storage
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and state regulations
- Monitor tray line and ensure accuracy and consistency with menus
- Train, coach, and support staff to maintain high performance
- Coordinate food service for special events
- At least 2 years of food service experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and dietary regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results
