Luxor at Mills Pond is seeking an experienced and motivated Dietary Supervisor to help lead our Food & Nutrition Services team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about resident satisfaction, food quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient kitchen operation.

• Supervise dietary staff during assigned shifts.

• Ensure meals are prepared and served accurately, on time, and according to therapeutic diet requirements.

• Monitor food quality, tray accuracy, and sanitation standards.

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and infection control regulations.

• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and daily workflow.

• Monitor food and equipment temperatures and complete required documentation.

• Address resident concerns and promote excellent customer service.

• Work collaboratively with Nursing, the Registered Dietitian, and other departments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous supervisory experience in dietary or food service preferred.

• Long-term care or healthcare food service experience strongly preferred.

• ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
