Direct Support Professional

Location Direct Support Professional positions are located in Clementon, NJ. Schedule Second and third shift available. Salary Starting at $20.42 per hour and increases with education/experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending our day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving their goals for daily living skills, such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings for individuals to be involved with. Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma/GED. Valid non‑provisional driver’s license. 18 years of age or older. Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
