We have built this cultural legacy by working closely with analysts and operators to understand their needs and delivering meaningful value through innovative, cost effective and intuitive software solutions.You will initially provide support to the Program Manager in the execution of a fast-paced, high profile, rapidly growing air related program to learn the organization and program, and get more familiar with our customers, contracts and products. Responsibilities may include assisting in the development of program reports and other contract deliverables (CDRLs), scheduling work and travel, developing work plans, managing program finances, tracking and coordinating clearance nominations, certifications and training, maintaining the status of engineering tasks in JIRA, and facilitating communications with internal and external project stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to lead multiple projects supporting the growth of the program.Required Skills:Bachelor’s Degree with 12 or more years of professional experience, with 3 or more years in project/program managementMust be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong organizational and communication skillsMust be creative, flexible and willing to work with constantly changing priorities and aggressive customer deadlinesAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervisionPossess a high level of computer literacy and the technical aptitude to learn new tools quicklyMust be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearanceDesired Skills:Familiarization with U.S. Government contracting regulations and protocolsPMP (Project Management Professional) certificationDemonstrated experience managing IC/DoD software development projectsSecurity Clearance Requirement:NoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
