Position Summary Greets guests / visitors with professionalism Offer refreshments to guests / visitors Notify employee of visitors arrivals or cancellations Direct or escort guest to specific destinations Answers all incoming calls in a polite and friendly manner and transfers to the appropriate employee Recordsaccurate messages and delivers to the appropriate employee Maintains a pleasant appearance of the reception, kitchen, conference roomand all common areas. Restock all kitchen refrigerator(s) and cabinets / drawers daily Maintains inventory of kitchen / office supplies and places order as needed Restock all paper supply in all copiers daily Professional, polite and courteous appearance and attitude Daily Mail/UPS– Sending / Receiving / Sorting / Delivering Schedule Conference Room AssistTraining Department with any local training classes as needed, including travel/room assignments & lunches. Turn in timely and accurate expense reports Make travel arrangements for employees and management. Inputting data into electronic formats such as lists, records or other data points. Audits records/input for quality, accuracy and maintainability.
