Office ManagerLeading Permian Basin oil & gas service provider seeking an office manager to join their team. Responsibilities include implementing human resources and accounting processes, process payroll (50+ employees), oversee AP and AR, responsible for creating and maintaining personnel files, manage DOT records and vehicle maintenance logs, completing invoicing in Ariba and OpenInvoice, and using QuickBooks Online.Work schedule: Monday to Friday/ 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Salary: $60K/year DOE It is the policy of Permian Personnel, Inc. to provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to any legally protected status such as race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability or veteran status.
