Office Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in Midland, TX. The Office Manager will handle day-to-day administrative operations, maintain office systems and equipment, and provide exceptional support and customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing office processes, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and managing communication channels to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Exceptional skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in using and managing Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in supervising office staff is a plus
- Proficiency in using relevant office software and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or related fields are an advantage
