Job Description As a Senior Customer Experience Program Management Professional at Honeywell, you will lead and manage customer experience programs, ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience throughout their engagement with us. Your role involves developing and executing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, drive operational excellence, and cultivate long‑term relationships. By effectively managing customer experience initiatives at a senior level, you will contribute to customer loyalty, retention, and overall business growth. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Program Management and work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Lead and manage customer experience programs to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement in customer experience initiatives. Qualifications 3‑4 years of proven experience in customer experience program management or a similar role. Strong leadership and program management skills. Expertise in customer experience methodologies and best practices. Experience utilizing customer feedback tools and technologies to drive improvements. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving satisfaction.
