Program Management Manager - Analytics

As a Program Management Manager - Analytics here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee our customer experience program management strategy and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric programs that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will report directly to our Senior Director of Program Management and you will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop actionable plans for dashboard and data solutions.

• Utilize advanced project management methodologies to oversee the integration of analytics into business processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6 years of proven experience in customer experience program management, analytics, data-driven projects or related field.

• Proficiency in using data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights and measure the impact of customer experience programs.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of programming languages, building macros

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced degree such as a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with EDW technologies.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
