Sales Engineering Manager

divh2Sales Engineering Manager/h2pCustom CNC job shop in Menomonee Falls is looking to hire an experienced Sales Engineering Manager in the $120K-$140K range. This is a direct hire, salaried position. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in the specialty machining industry, quoting, sales, and being a technical liaison between the company and its customers./ppRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES ENGINEERING MANAGER:/pulliCultivate new customers and build relationships with the existing customer base/liliTravel to customer sites, including occasional international travel/liliFollow up on customer concerns/liliCoordinate timely completion of customer quotes and follow up on them/liliDevelop the sales engineering data to adapt company products to customer requirements/liliMonitor pricing strategy in the marketplace/liliKeep company pipeline loaded at top capacity/liliEnsure that new orders are accurate in price, lead time, print revisions, and material requirements/liliDevelop and give direction to employees in the sales department/liliComplete performance evaluations/liliResponsible for the maintenance of sales forecasts and budgets/liliRecommend customer stocking programs/liliManage all marketing initiatives including the company website, LinkedIn, Facebook/li/ulpRequirements:/pulli10+ years in metals machining, engineering, and sales/liliExperience with Babbitt Bearings/liliAbility to read prints and quote product/liliProven sales record and progressive growth in engineering sales/liliCustomer service oriented/liliBachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing is preferred/li/ulpBenefits: Health, Dental, Holiday PTO, 401K/p/div
