For more information, please visit Role Overview Gridware is seeking Field Operations Technicians to support a large-scale deployment program across various Northern California regions. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the installation of Gridware’s advanced sensing systems on utility infrastructure while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in dynamic field environments, communicates effectively with contractors and utility personnel, and is comfortable taking ownership of field operations in remote locations. Location & Schedule Deployment Areas Greater Minnesota Training Training begins July 20th, 2026 Richmond, CA All travel, lodging, and meals provided during training Work Schedule Monday–Saturday 8-10-hour shifts Rotational schedules available to ensure adequate rest and recovery Part-Time W-2 Seasonal Position Compensation

• 30/hour regular pay
• 45/hour overtime pay
