Position SummaryThe Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the development, administration, growth, and operational success of Aurora's IOP and PHP programs. This leader will ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services while supporting organizational goals, regulatory compliance, patient outcomes, and business development initiatives.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong clinical leader, and passionate advocate for mental health who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment.
