Revenue Cycle Consultant

The Senior Associate, Revenue Cycle plays a key role in process improvement and transformation within healthcare revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities include managing associates to address complex operational issues using market-leading technology and analytics, designing and redesigning business processes for efficiency, and implementing best practice workflows to enhance quality, operational, and financial outcomes. They will collaborate with clients on process assessments, benchmarking, and applying healthcare industry knowledge, utilizing AI tools and data-driven insights for comprehensive evaluations. The role requires minimum three years of consulting or industry experience in revenue cycle operations, systems integration, or related fields, with strong analytical skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Data Warehouse. Proficiency in healthcare revenue cycle concepts - including financial clearance, billing, collections, and key performance metrics is essential. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and implement operational improvements. Travel up to 50% may be required, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
