HUD Social Services Coordinator

Overview The HUD Social Services Coordinator supports the HUD Property Manager in the daily operations of a federally subsidized senior housing community. This role focuses on resident service coordination, HUD compliance support, and connecting residents with community-based resources to promote successful aging in place. Responsibilities Support the HUD Property Manager with day-to-day administrative and compliance operations Coordinate resident services, referrals, and case management activities Maintain resident files, certifications, and documentation in accordance with HUD regulations Serve as a liaison between residents and community service providers Assist with reporting, audits, and HUD-required documentation Promote a welcoming, supportive environment for residents Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with seniors, housing programs, or social services preferred Ability to understand and comply with HUD regulations Valid AZ driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills Benefits: Free meal provided during lunch working hours.
