Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Understand the unique needs of each patient and design individualized treatment plans to assist them in achieving their functional objectives.
• Implement Effective Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported strategies to improve patients' skills in mobility, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods to encourage continuous progress at home.
• Assess and Record Patient Progress: Track clinical outcomes and adapt therapies as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is highly supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
