Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to support their functional objectives
• Implement Effective Therapeutic Methods: Apply validated interventions to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide understanding and guidance on therapeutic techniques to facilitate progress outside the clinical environment
• Track and Assess Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients stay on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification mandatory
