Automotive Sales Manager

Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice is seeking a dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to lead our team to success. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage the sales team and set sales targets
Train and motivate sales representatives
Develop and implement sales strategies
Monitor sales metrics and report to upper management
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive sales management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the automotive industry
