• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, including fire safety, emergency procedures, and facility security, to protect both staff and visitors.
• Collaborate with clinic and administration staff to guarantee that lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements are functioning properly and meet the daily needs of the facility.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and forecast future needs to ensure timely ordering of parts, tools, and equipment required for efficient building upkeep.
• Participate in all safety programs, including safety training, fire drills, and disaster response protocols, and may be assigned to an emergency response team to handle crises effectively.
• Perform Painting and Touch-Ups: Complete interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and touch-up work at all clinic locations as needed to maintain a clean, professional appearance.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing building systems, maintenance teams, or similar responsibilities.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building systems.
