The Valet Parking Service Representative provides excellent guest services, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all guests. Pay: $12/hr plus tips. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate traffic flow effectively. Communicate valet procedures and information clearly with guests. Respond to customer and team member inquiries professionally. Monitor parking areas for illegal parking and manage vehicles accordingly. Engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner. Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings. Secure and manage guest keys responsibly. Anticipate traffic flow patterns and communicate them proactively. Identify and seek additional support during peak times. Manage the tip pool accurately and ensure fair distribution. Process various valet payments securely. Track, reconcile, and report daily revenue effectively. Forecast currency needs and reorder supplies as necessary. Operate, park, and retrieve vehicles safely, complying with all traffic laws and facility policies. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions.
