Working directly with the founding team, youll lead the sales, build key partnerships, and expand our brand presence.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Help SocioSquares grow its growth marketing and lead generation services by leading our US sales team. This role is focused on building and managing the sales opportunity pipeline and converting leads into customers. Work closely with the Marketing Demand Generation team, servicing teams to achieve/exceed new client and revenue quota objectives. Responsible for leading the sales processes and enhancing sales policies and procedures to continue to build efficiencies in driving business to the next level.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
This is a full-time, remote Business Development Manager role at SocioSquares. The role involves new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management. While the role is based in Greater Houston, some remote work is flexible.

1. Take ownership of the sales function for the US operations of SocioSquares Digital agency business.
2. Proactively develop and manage a multi-channel lead generation pipeline through referral networking, LinkedIn and email outreach, and other prospecting channels, to maintain a qualified pipeline sufficient to achieve the monthly MRR quota.
3. Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery call through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution, ensuring all prospective clients are properly qualified before advancing in the pipeline.
4. Work closely with the Marketing Demand Generation team and servicing teams to achieve/exceed new client and revenue quota objectives.
5. Develop and execute sales strategies and deliver effective sales presentations with passion for your clients.
6. Become an expert in all SocioSquares products, solutions, and systems.
7. Ensure that Daily/Weekly lead and lag indicators are tracked and reported in accordance with the companys MIO (Most Important Objectives) framework.
8. Diligently update the Company CRM and ensure updates from the entire sales team on a weekly basis.
9. In the future, the role may require recruiting, leading, and coaching Sales Development Representatives and managing the sales team to grow the company’s client base. xmvmafu
