Level 2 End User Support AnalystSeeking a Level 2 End User Support Analyst to provide onsite technical support in Atlanta.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 desktop support for enterprise users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issuesDeliver walk-up and ticket-based support using ServiceNowSupport Windows 11 environments and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Perform device imaging and provisioning using Azure AutopilotManage hardware deployment, asset tracking, and inventory controlCollaborate with onsite team members to maintain efficient support operationsProvide occasional support to executive leadership (ELT) environments, as neededIndependently manage and prioritize ticket queues while maintaining high service standardsRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of enterprise desktop support experienceStrong expertise with: Windows 11 support (majority of environment)Microsoft 365 / Office applicationsEndpoint provisioning and imaging tools (e.g., Azure Autopilot)Experience supporting enterprise collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Proven ability to handle hardware deployments and lifecycle managementPreferred QualificationsExperience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platformsBasic knowledge of macOS environmentsExposure to enterprise security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike)Prior experience in corporate or enterprise-level IT environmentsComfort working in environments with executive-level visibilitySoft Skills & CompetenciesStrong professional demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadershipHigh emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently and reliably, demonstrating ownership of assigned tasksCalm and composed under pressure in a high-visibility headquarters environmentWork Environment & ScheduleLocation: Onsite – AtlantaSchedule: 5 days per week onsiteTeam Structure: Small support team environment with an onsite full-time partnerSupport Model: Combination of ticket-based and walk-up user supportAdditional InformationAll candidates are encouraged to apply, but many positions require a strict drug and background check by our customers.F2OnSite supports and adheres to all state laws regarding background checks.
