Senior Business Operations Manager

To support the company's growth, the full-time Senior Business Operations Manager will establish and improve operational processes, manage business-critical systems, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives while working closely with executive leadership. Key responsibilities Establish and enhance company-wide operational processes and governance frameworks Own and manage business-critical systems, ensuring alignment with business growth and operational excellence Coordinate operational workflows involving contracts, procurement, and compliance across multiple departments Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or similar roles Experience working across multiple business functions and with executive stakeholders Strong project and program management skills to support company initiatives Experience managing business systems, procurement processes, and operational workflows Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities
