Focus Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from planning and procurement through completion and turnover. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure successful project delivery. Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Review project costs, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives. Coordinate with field leadership, design teams, owners, consultants, and trade partners to drive project execution. Oversee change order management, payment applications, and project documentation while maintaining contract compliance. Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress with stakeholders, and resolve issues that could impact project performance. Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project activities. Support successful project closeout, documentation, and client satisfaction. Skill Set Proven commercial construction project management experience with responsibility for full project execution. Experience managing budgets, project costs, schedules, subcontractor contracts, and change orders. Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, planning, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining project priorities. Strong financial acumen with experience tracking project performance and forecasting outcomes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced construction environment. Ability to build productive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Proficiency with common construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
