Responsibilities:

• Lead by Example: Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, proper food preparation, and a clean and organized environment.
• Coaching & Development: Train new crew members on procedures, equipment operation, and customer service. Provide ongoing feedback and support to help your team excel.
• Customer Focus: Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience for everyone.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Lead your team effectively, fostering open communication and a collaborative spirit.
• Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate stock levels of food and supplies to avoid disruptions.
• Cash Handling: Oversee cash drawer procedures, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to security protocols.
• Safety First: Prioritize a safe and secure work environment for your team and customers by enforcing all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-food restaurant setting (or similar customer service environment).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members and customers.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
