Assembler

• Prep and Workstation Setup: Studying parts lists, gathering the necessary components and fastening hardware, and ensuring all required tools are calibrated and ready at your station.

• Component Assembly: Positioning, aligning, and fastening parts together manually or using machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Quality Control & Inspection: Examining connections for a correct fit, measuring completed components against specified tolerances, and running basic functional tests to ensure the product works.

• Defect Management & Troubleshooting: Identifying when a part is flawed or the assembly isn't fitting right, attempting minor fixes, or immediately tagging and reporting the defect to a supervisor.

• Inventory & Documentation: Keeping track of parts used at your station, logging daily production counts, and completing necessary quality assurance paperwork or digital logs.

• Workspace Maintenance: Keeping your area clean and organized  to prevent accidents and maintain assembly efficiency.

salary: $14 - $18 per hour
