Shift Type: Full-time, 36-hour work week, day shift (Monday-Friday)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 - $38.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and independence
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve strength, balance, and endurance
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety precautions
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance and continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Illinois
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy interventions and modalities
- Patient care and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- CPR/BLS certified
