This role is essential to the smooth operation of our recovery process, and we value team members who can work effectively in various conditions and handle multiple tasks efficiently.ResponsibilitiesManage the organization and inventory of recovered vehiclesEnsure proper handling, storage, and documentation of personal property collected from recovered vehiclesConduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of lot inventoryMaintain the cleanliness and order of the lotAssist with the transfer of vehicles to the appropriate storage or redemption lotFollow detailed instructions and company procedures accuratelyRequirementsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme heat.Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularlyHighly organized with the ability to multi-taskStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsHighly motivated and proactiveEffective communication skills; ability to communicate in Spanish is a plusFlexibility to work overtime on short notice and adjust to varying schedulesJoin our team and be part of an innovative company disrupting the collateral recovery industry!HNS Recovery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
