General Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a hands-on General Maintenance Technician, full-time or part-time, to help keep our warehouse, offices, and grounds safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you're a reliable problem-solver who enjoys maintenance tasks, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Handle general repairs across the warehouse, offices, breakrooms, and restrooms
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical fixes (faucets, outlets, light fixtures, etc.)
• Patch drywall, paint, and repair doors, locks, flooring, and furniture
• Maintain warehouse doors, dock levelers, gates, and fencing
• Keep an eye out for safety hazards and report/fix them promptly
• Assemble and install shelving, racking, and workstations
• Support outdoor upkeep — pressure washing, landscaping equipment, exterior repairs
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs
• Jump in on emergency fixes when needed (storms, equipment failures, etc.)

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of building maintenance, facilities, construction, or handyman experience preferred
• Warehouse/logistics experience a plus
• Comfortable with basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting work
• Forklift certification (or willingness to get certified)
• Valid CA driver's license preferred
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs with assistance). Comfortable working at heights, outdoors in varying weather, and around warehouse equipment.
