Job Description

Lead a portfolio of ongoing clinic growth and integration projects

Coordinate activities across multiple IT teams and operational stakeholders

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Track risks, dependencies, issues, and project status updates

Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability among stakeholders

Establish and improve project management processes and standards

Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives

Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources

Create reusable project templates, reporting materials, and governance documentation

Act as the central point of coordination for all workstreams supporting clinic growth initiatives

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Project Management experience leading multiple concurrent IT projects

Experience managing programs consisting of ongoing project pipelines rather than one-time initiatives

Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward in highly ambiguous environments with limited existing processes

Experience coordinating across multiple IT teams and stakeholders

Strong risk management, dependency management, and project governance experience

Proven ability to establish structure, accountability, and repeatable processes

Experience leading projects using Waterfall methodology

Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills

Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership and "make things happen" without extensive direction Healthcare IT experience

Experience supporting clinic growth, expansion, or integration initiatives

Experience managing enterprise-wide programs with multiple workstreams

Exposure to call center, imaging, ambulatory, or clinical operations projects

Experience creating PMO standards, templates, and reusable project materials

Experience in merger & acquisition (M&A) integrations or healthcare growth programs
