Associate Medical Director – Inpatient Psychiatry - Fort Wayne, IN Opportunity Highlights Full-time onsite inpatient Psychiatry and Associate Medical Director role 120-bed behavioral health hospital Monday–Friday schedule; 8am–5pm with flexibility Typical caseload of 12–16 patients per day Combination of clinical care and leadership responsibilities Collaborate with hospital administration and multidisciplinary teams Occasional IOP coverage Opportunity for NP supervision and leadership growth Strong clinical, operational, and administrative support Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Additional Associate Medical Director compensation Productivity bonus opportunity Full benefits package + 401(k) Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME, wellness, and referral programs Relocation assistance available Qualifications BE/BC Psychiatrist Inpatient Psychiatry experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Community Highlights Fort Wayne area location with affordable living and strong quality of life Family-friendly community with parks, trails, dining, and entertainment Easy access to Indianapolis, Chicago, and other Midwest metros #J-18808-Ljbffr
